Objectively measure your cognitive health

Our office has teamed up with Creyos, formerly Cambridge Brain Sciences, to offer our patients the ability to measure and track (over time)  your cognitive health.   

Over 25 years of scientific research and peer-reviewed studies have contributed to the development of this platform which consists of a set of fun, gamified, and scientifically validated cognitive tasks.  Once the test is completed, a report is created and available to be reviewed by Dr. Krause and you.  

 We all have a subjective idea of how our brains are doing—some days we feel “off” or have “brain fog,” while other days we feel like we can take on the world. But how much better are we on the good days? Are lifestyle or health changes making a difference? That’s where cognitive assessment comes in. By putting a number to these subjective feelings, we can discover what is causing the good days in order to have more of them. When your brain is performing, every activity in your daily life will be easier, from remembering where you parked your car to doing your monthly budgeting and bill paying.

By measuring reasoning, memory, and processing (3 top performance features) we are able to monitor and measure several types of cognitive conditions.    Examples include:   Age-Related Memory Decline, Early Alzheimers, Autism, Aspergers, Depression, ADHD, PTSD, Stroke, Concussion, Parkinsons. Dyslexia, Epilepsy, and Frontal and Temporal Lobe disorders.   The report generated is not a definitive diagnostic test for mental health disorders, however, it is a useful tool to share with a specialist if needed.
